Disc Image |
Q. How do you mount/unmount an image? |
A. After a successful installation, all you need to do to mount an ISO image is right click on the ISO image file and select the option 'mount image' from the context menu, the image should then show up as a CD in 'My Computer', from there just treat it like any other CD. |
Q. Will this be available for Windows NT4? |
A. The quick answer is no. The fact that so few people use NT4 now and the time it would take to completely re-write large sections of the code make it unnecessary. |
Q. Does the driver work with terminal servers i.e. when logging in remotely? |
A. Although the driver will work with a terminal server, it will not show the mounted volumes when logged in remotely. |
Q. I have problems installing under Windows XP home edition |
A. You must be logged in as an administrator to install disc image. |
MSAD Login |
Q. Will this be available for OS X 10.1 or OS 9? |
A. Due to major enhancements and changes in Mac OS X 10.2, it is far better to use this OS or a newer version over previous version of OS X, also making it backward compatible with 10 and 10.1 was just too time consuming. As for OS 9, it is our intention to concentrate on OS X only. Therefore unfortunately it will not be available for systems below 10.2. Sorry. |
ID3 Editor |
Q. I have upgraded, where do I put the new license number? |
A. Select 'Enter License...' under the 'ID3 Editor' menu and enter your new license number in the box provided. |
Q. I have installed the app, but can not find it? |
A. The application is installed in your applications folder not the systems applications folder e.g. 'Macintosh HD:Users:username:Applications'. |
